Our BICSI certified Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDDs) follow established network standards, as formulated by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Telecommunications Industry Association/Electronics Industry Association (TIA/EIA), to deliver a robust cost-effective solution.

At Truevance, we take a customer-centric consultative approach to our projects. Every project begins with an initial on-site consultation and evaluation to understand our customer's unique set of requirements. These requirements, including end-user expectations and expansion, budgetary and technical considerations, are then incorporated into the design which is reviewed with the customer and documented in our Statement of Work (SOW) for the project.

During the implementation phase of the project, the work schedule is established not only to deliver the project on time and budget but also to accommodate the customer's requirements and to minimize disruption and downtime. Night and weekend scheduling is available. Test results and as-built drawings including CAD, if requested, are provided at the conclusion of the project. A final walkthrough is conducted with the customer at the end of the installation to ensure completion according to specifications and to address any questions that may arise.

After the implementation, Truevance is available to provide on-demand maintenance, Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) and on-going technical and life cycle management consultation.
