Truevance Management, Inc announced today that it has hired Mark Williams to the newly created position of Vice President Finance and Administration.  In his new role, Mr. Williams will report directly to the Board of Directors and assume overall responsibility for all Financial and Administrative controls for the company.

Mr. Williams has a proven track record in working with CEO’s and senior management teams to drive exceptional financial results. Mark’s background includes broad experience in finance, accounting and administration with extensive experience in manufacturing and distribution in both public and private company environments. Immediately prior to joining Truevance, Mr. Williams served as Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of the Products Group of Armor Holdings, Inc. a NYSE $3.4 Billion company that was acquired in 2007 by BAE Systems. He started his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Company, one of the "Big Eight" accounting firms after graduating from the University of Florida with a major in Accounting. 
 
In this important role, Mark, who is a CPA, will assume overall responsibility for our financial, accounting and administrative functions.  Additionally, Mark will work closely with each branch to analyze and assist with developing policies, procedures and overall financial management practices to insure the company's continued growth and success.
