National Roll-Out Services
Truevance understands what it takes to manage and successfully execute a national roll-out. From our TrueTrak™ project control system to our single point of contact philosophy, Truevance has the expertise to get the job done. Truevance National Accounts provides support for rapid deployment of technology to our customers' locations across North America. Services include project planning and logistics, equipment staging, installation and integration, infrastructure installation/augmentation and pre and post deployment training services.
National On-Demand Services
While technology roll-outs may represent the glamour side of the business, it is the ability to consistently and timely deliver national on-demand services that differentiates Truevance from the crowd. Calls for on-demand services are expeditiously handled by our 24x7 National Dispatch and Technical Assistance Center. Typical on-demand services include:
Site Installations - We provide the on-site personnel for all types of technology implementations so you don't have to. Services range from turnkey build-outs to customized "à la carte" services including telco demarc extension and coordination, site surveys and documentation, wired and wireless infrastructure build-out, equipment installation and programming.
MAC - Whether you're upgrading a PBX processor or simply adding a new extension, we provide rapid response either remotely or on-site.
Service - Time and Material On-Site Support and Remote Technical Assistance are provided for all types of voice and data equipment.
Maintenance - We provide turnkey fixed-price maintenance contracts with Service Level Agreements (SLA) for all Nortel and Avaya Key, PBX and VoIP products.
