Patrolling - involves conducting annual inspection patrols of overhead and underground electric facilities in order to determine their condition and schedule any repairs that may be required. We also provide patrols of above ground gas pipelines and equipment to determine their condition and the condition of the environment in which they are located.

Gas Valve Maintenance - includes the lubrication of gas valves as well as the cleaning of valve boxes, pits and regulator vaults to insure that these facilities are ready and accessible when needed.

Vegetation Management - includes clearing vegetation along pipeline right of way and treating with herbicides for longer term control.

Thermography Surveys - involves conducting infrared scanning of overhead facilities and underground equipment to locate "hot spots" which will result in failure. A database of potential and imminent failure locations can be provided for your repair scheduling.

Natural Gas Leak Surveys - involves periodic leak surveys performed along gas lines to insure a safe environment and to meet code requirements. A data base will be compiled and gas leaks will be categorized according to established ratings so they can be properly scheduled for repair. Leaks which require immediate response will be brought to the attention of the appropriate dispatcher.
