Truevance has recently been awarded a multi-year OSP Managed Services contract by AT&T for their wireline operating territories in Central Florida. Truevance is actively seeking applicants to fill openings in the following positions.

Quality Control Specialist (QC-1)
A Quality Control Specialist is required to have all the requirements associated with the Senior Specialist. The Quality Control Specialist can use their extensive background in outside plant engineering design and construction to perform an impartial inspection of the engineering force providing the product. This inspection of the engineering product may be used for identifying areas for quality improvement. The areas identified may also be used for training to help deliver continuous product improvement. The Quality Control Specialist must have the ability to provide critiques in a positive non-threatening manner conducive to maintaining a good working relationship with the customer and fellow employees.

Senior Specialist (SP-1)
A Senior Specialist has a minimum of five (5) years of provisioning work experience with at least two years in the routine specialist category. The Senior Specialist can independently complete large complex outside plant projects including pair-gain device work orders. The Senior Specialist is also an expert in one or more of the following areas: planning, cost-studies, central office, fiber optics, Building Industry Consulting Services procedures, and right-of-way negotiation and easement execution.
