Mr. Williams joined Truevance in early 2009 in the newly created position of Vice President Finance and Administration. Mr. Williams has overall responsibility for all Financial and Administrative controls for the company.

Mr. Williams has a proven track record in working with CEO's and senior management teams to drive exceptional financial results. Mark's background includes broad experience in finance, accounting and administration with extensive experience in manufacturing and distribution in both public and private company environments. Immediately prior to joining Truevance, Mr. Williams served as Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of the Products Group of Armor Holdings, Inc. a NYSE $3.4 Billion company that was acquired in 2007 by BAE Systems. At Armor Holdings, he directed a financial and accounting staff of 50+, spanning 14 global manufacturing companies, focused upon maximizing financial and operational performance, providing timely and relevant financial information and ensuring the integrity of the financial records. He was also responsible for identifying, targeting and acquiring 17 manufacturing companies around the globe.

He started his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Company, one of the "Big Eight" accounting firms after graduating from the University of Florida with a major in Accounting. He is a Member of American Institute of CPA's and Florida Institute of CPA's.
