Mr. Lampke's career in the broadband industry spans almost 20 years. Beginning in the industry with a start-up underground construction company serving the Florida CATV market, Mark learned quickly and advanced rapidly into Operations Management. In this capacity, he oversaw the company's expansion first into aerial construction and later into full-service construction and installation services throughout the Southeast.

Early on Mark saw the enormous potential for the broadband industry's need for quality companies providing broadband engineering, design and permitting services. Over the next few years, Mark advanced his industry knowledge and expertise ultimately becoming an expert in all aspects of broadband design. Today many of the talented individuals that Mark hired, trained and developed are themselves considered to be some of industry's best design personnel.

Entrepreneurial in nature, Mark's ambition to form a quality oriented full-service broadband design company became a reality in 1997. STG Engineering services quickly became known for its value-added services and attention to detail. A national holding company purchased STG in 1999 and merged the company into Truevance Communications as its in-house Broadband Services Division. With Truevance, Mr. Lampke found a company that had the same vision and core values that he had long expounded. Long a believer in providing market-leading services of extraordinary value, Mark flourished in the new environment. As a result of these synergies, the division grew rapidly into a nationally known and respected full-service provider of broadband infrastructure services.

In 2002, when the opportunity arose, Mark and Jim True regained control and ownership of Truevance. This move was supported and embraced by Truevance's long time MSO customers. Today, with Truevance solidly profitable and with many of the nation's major MSOs counted as its customers, Mark looks forward to expanding Truevance's position in the industry for many years to come.
