Mr. Einhorn has 20 years of experience in the fields of accounting, finance and investor relations. Prior to joining Truevance in 1999, he served as an Assistance Vice President at Merrill Lynch & Company, Inc. During his fourteen year tenure with Merrill Lynch, Mr. Einhorn held various positions of increasing responsibility honing his expertise in a variety of areas including investor relations, banking operations, financial operations, budgeting and cash flow.

As Controller for Truevance, Mr. Einhorn has responsibility for the day to day operations of the accounting department including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. He also works closely with the other members of the executive staff as the company's subject matter expert in its dealing with the banking and investor communities.

Mr. Einhorn holds a BA in Accounting from Rutgers University.
